Volleyball
Build character and enjoy volleyball through fun and play
The objective of the club is to provide an avenue for students to enjoy playing volleyball while developing their understanding of the sport and building their character through their involvement in the sport.
Students participate in a programme that includes:
Skills Development
Members learn the foundation skills of volleyball and practise core techniques in their games. Students develop solid volleyball abilities through structured training sessions. Players participate in drills that focus on spikes, sets and other essential skills to expand their understanding of the sport.
Competition
Students are exposed to the annual National School Games Competitions. These events provide valuable experience and prepare players for competitive volleyball. By Primary 6, students develop genuine passion for volleyball and gain the skills and confidence needed to continue their athletic journey in secondary school.
Character Building
Students focus on developing teamwork, resilience and respect alongside their technical abilities. The programme emphasises that character development is as important as sporting skills. Members learn values that will benefit them both on and off the court.
