Football
Build skills, character, and teamwork through recreational or competitive football training
The objective of the club is to provide an avenue for students to enjoy playing football while developing their understanding of the sport and building their character through their involvement in the sport.
Students are categorised into three groups:
Recreational (Group 1)
Members in the recreational team are students who wish to focus on learning the foundation skills of the sport and enjoy playing small-sided tactical games to expand their understanding of the sport in a supportive environment.
School Development Team (Group 2)
Members learn the foundation skills of the sport and practise core skills in their game. Selected players who are equipped with a solid grasp of core skills will advance to the school team for more intensive and structured training. Players participate in football drills that require decision-making skills and engage in intensive football games to expand their understanding of the sport. Players are exposed to friendly matches, football carnivals, and different levels of tournaments including zonal and national competitions.
School Team (Group 3)
Members in the school team are selected from the Development Team and Recreational groups to form teams of U9, U10, U11 and U12. Players participate in football drills that require decision-making skills and engage in intensive football games to expand their understanding of the sport. Players are exposed to friendly matches, football carnivals, and different levels of tournaments including zonal and national competitions.
