Sports Club
Stay active and grow in fitness, character, and teamwork through a range of sports
The objective of the club is to provide an avenue for students to enjoy playing various sports while developing their understanding of different games and building their character through their involvement in sports activities.
Students participate in programme that includes:
Sports Development
Students learn the foundation skills of badminton, basketball, tchoukball and floorball, and practise core skills in their games. Through structured training sessions, students develop strong coordination and physical abilities. Students participate in drills that require decision-making skills and engage in various games to expand their understanding of each sport.
Sports Climbing
Students use the school's sports climbing wall during CCA sessions. This activity provides a unique and challenging way to build problem-solving skills and full-body strength. Members develop confidence and learn to overcome physical and mental challenges.
Character Building
Students focus on developing teamwork, resilience and sportsmanship alongside their sporting abilities. The programme emphasises that sports activities instill values of perseverance and respect for teammates and opponents.
