MOE Financial Assistance FAS Scheme
MOE Financial Assistance FAS Scheme
The 2026 MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) is now opened for all students to apply.
FAS Scheme is for Singapore Citizen students with Gross Household Income (GHI) of $4,000 and below or Per Capita Income (PCI) of $1000 and below are eligible for the MOE FAS. MOE FAS recipients are not required to pay school fees and standard miscellaneous fees. The recipients are also eligible for free textbooks, school attire, meals and transport subsidies.

You will receive your FAS application outcome by end November. Please contact the school General Office or email the school generic mailbox if you have any enquiries.
Edusave Awards
Edusave Awards are given by the government annually to Singaporean pupils to help equalise educational opportunities and motivate pupils to excel in schools. These Singaporean pupils must have performed well or made good progress in their school work and have good conduct. The Edusave Awards for Achievement, Good Leadership & Service (EAGLES) serves to recognise pupil’s leadership qualities, service to community and schools and excellence in non-academic activities.

School Smart Card
Primary 1 students will be issued their SSCs by the school by end March.
Students who have lost or damaged their SSCs can apply for a replacement card via the Transitlink website at Lost card replacement (opens in new tab)

Leave of Absence (LOA) Form
Leave of Absence (LOA) Form (For students accompanying parents who are working overseas)
Singaporean parents planning to go overseas for work or related matters can reserve a place for their child at their current school under the Leave of Absence (LOA) scheme. Upon return to Singapore, students can be re-admitted to their schools directly.
Please ensure that your child is eligible to apply for a Leave of Absence (LOA). For eligibility criteria, please visit the MOE website (opens in new tab).
Applications can be submitted online, and a nominal annual fee will be charged.
Permission to Leave Country (Absence from School Due to Travel) (During School Term Time)
This application is for students who will be absent from school for a short period during the school term due to overseas travel.
Parents who wish to request leave for their child during term time due to travel are required to download and submit the application form for the teacher's information and Principal's acknowledgement. The form must be submitted at least 5 working days prior to the travel date. Additionally, parents must declare their child's travel details via the Parents Gateway: Service > Declare Travel.
